Accessing your home loan account online

Managing your home loan account online is easy through our smart and simple platform, StarNet. You can access and control your home loan account from the comfort of your own home or while you’re out and about. All you’ll need is your computer, tablet or smart phone.

Logging into StarNet for the first time

If it’s your first time logging into StarNet, you’ll need to activate your account. Before you get started you’ll need your StarNet login ID which can be found in your welcome letter.
