To fix your loan interest rate, fill out Fixed Rate Authority form (PDF, 507KB) and return to customercare@advantedge.com.au

To use First Home Owner's Grant and other Government grants for payment towards construction costs, fill out Authority to use FHOG and other government grants (PDF, 98KB) for payment towards construction costs and return to Advantedge.fhog@advantedge.com.au

How to access redraw:
Option-1 : Login to Starnet for once off, re-occurring and Fast redraws
Click on Account Details > Click Redraw > Enter amount and date > Click Submit
Option-2 : Through Form for once off and re-occurring redraws
To access your redraw through form, fill out Client Request Forms Redraws and Transfers (PDF, 59KB) and return to customercare@advantedge.com.au

How to transfer funds:
Option-1 : Login to Starnet for once off, re-occurring and Fast redraws
Clink on account details > Go to Payments > Click on Transfer > Enter amount and date > Click Submit
Option-2 : Through Form for once off and re-occurring redraws
Fill out Client Request Forms Redraws and Transfer (PDF, 59KB) and return to customercare@advantedge.com.au
Nomination for one or more borrower Regarding Notices and documents
To nominate one or more borrower to receive correspondence on behalf of another borrower/guarantor, fill out Nomination Form (PDF, 163KB) and return to customercare@advantedge.com.au
Request Drawdown for a Construction Progress Payment
To request a drawdown for a construction progress payment, please sign the Builders Invoice and email to advantedge.construction@advantedge.com.au
To use redraw funds for a construction progress payment, Fill out Client Request Forms Redraws and Transfer (PDF, 54KB) and return to customercare@advantedge.com.au
Update contact details
To update contact details, fill out Update Contact Details Form (PDF, 555KB) and return to customercare@advantedge.com.au
Change Direct Debit Account Number
To change/update nominated account details, fill out Direct Debit Request Form (PDF, 176KB) and return to customercare@advantedge.com.au
